I'm always on the hunt for flattering eyeshadow colors (and practicing the perfect the smokey eye!) so this Neutrogena Nourishing Long Wear palette landed into my hands at the perfect time!  Can you tell I'm loving browns and golds?


 I got the Mink Brown 50 palette, which featured 4 shades.


What makes this product unique?  It has a built in primer!  That is great-as someone with oil prone skin, eye makeup just creases or melts away!   The shadows went on so smooth and blended nicely together.  I also love that they offer a tutorial on the back of the package.


I was expecting a deeply pigmented color, especially for the shade on the bottom.  For me, there just wasn't a big color payoff, so I wouldn't grab these colors for a night look.  It would make for a great daytime or work look.  See the swatches below in natural light and with a flash.  I also didn't like the brush, but that's an easy replacement.
