This maxi dress is one of my favorites.  It's so comfy and I love the print.  The problem...the neckline is just too fancy (see here for a look at the full maxi.)   Throwing on a white tee dresses down the maxi and allows it to be worn for more casual occasions!  Adding a shirt also changes up the style of the maxi, and it's almost like a getting a brand new outfit without the cost, which makes my wallet happy!

Since the necklace really stands out, I kept the other accessories simple.  I added a pop of mint with the stone bracelet to keep the look interesting!  I also love the gray-blue of the clutch; it popped against the navy of the maxi dress.  And those wedges just match perfectly, which is why I paired the two pieces together again.  So glad I found a way to wear this dress again over the summer!
