After a long spell of rain and gloomy weather, I can't even begin to tell you how much I'm loving the sun and warmth.  I finally am able to pull out the summer wardrobe.  One summer staple that I've been getting into more lately is shorts.  I saw these printed shorts online and knew I had to try them.  The print is so beautiful in person, the fringe hem is adorable and it comes in five other finishes/prints.  Keep in mind that it does run small and the size large fits a size 8.  I was also drawn in by the story of One Tribe Apparel - all of their clothes are made in Thailand and $1 from each purchase will be donated to the Elephant Nature Park!

I wanted to keep this look casual so I paired with a simple white tee and topped off with some statement stud earrings.  I snagged the earrings from Amazon.  At first glance they did seem a little big but after styling them, I fell in love with them.  They were not heavy, which was a pleasant surprise.  They would also look cute with an LBD!  The posts were a little bent upon arrival, but nothing that prevents it from being worn.
